To return your order, for either an exchange or refund, please follow the procedure outlined below - ensuring your return meets our return policy & terms. Please note that the cost of returning the goods to us is borne by the purchaser.
We will accept returns of full priced goods under the following conditions:
• Goods must be received by us within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Clothing should be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged and in new condition, with all tags attached.
• Shoes must be returned unmarked, and in original undamaged box. Please include any additional accessories (e.g. dust bags / original designer shoe box) sent as a part of the order. We will not accept returns if the soles have any signs of wear, so we advise you try on new shoes on a carpeted surface.
• Pierced Jewellery is only eligible for return, if faulty or damaged.
• In the case of faulty goods, no attempt has been made to repair the goods.
All items should be returned with their original packaging and other accessories (eg. dust bag, jewellery/shoe box) received with the original order.
Contact North Collective Shop email@example.com. Please specify your name, order number and item/s to be returned, and the reason for return.
Within 7 days, return the item/s via trackable/secure postage to the address provided. We are not responsible for items returned without a tracking number. It is your responsibility to keep a record of your tracking number in the rare case that your package is not received.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
North Collective Shop will review the return and if eligible your refund or exchange will be processed. Refunds will not be processed until the product is returned to North Collective Shop.
Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed, pending payment method/ financial institution.
Returns outside of 7 days are at the discretion of North Collective Shop and we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.
Please note: North Collective Shop does not refund any initial shipping charges or additional charges, including customs, duties or sales taxes (these are not included in our prices). We will not process refunds for returns that are lost or damaged via return delivery to North Collective Shop.
Sale items, sample sale items or items purchased during a flash sale/promotion are not eligible for return (unless faulty or damaged) so please choose carefully.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
All items are thoroughly checked for quality before sending to our customers; however, if you strongly believe an item is faulty please note:
Faulty items will only be accepted if the garment is delivered the customer damaged or there is a subsequent manufacturing fault identified on receipt of purchase.
Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear or incorrect use, are not considered to be faulty or damaged and will be returned to customer.
